VALUEMMERCE LLC offers worldwide luxury shipping. Delivery times vary by destination: 3-5 days for domestic US shipments and 7-14 days for international shipments. All items are shipped with full insurance and tracking.
We offer premium shipping options: Standard Insured (5-7 days), Express (2-3 days), and International Priority (7-14 days). All luxury items are carefully packaged in branded packaging with authentication documentation.
VALUEMMERCE LLC is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, weather conditions, or third-party issues. All shipments include full insurance coverage for the item's value.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the order upon receipt. Report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Each item includes an authenticity certificate.
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it is our error or defective product.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Amounts include the product price but exclude shipping and return costs unless due to our error.
If you receive a defective product, contact customer service immediately. We will handle the replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Returns are not accepted for customized items, altered pieces, or items showing signs of wear. Swimwear, lingerie, and pierced jewelry are final sale for hygiene reasons.
